Return Eligibility
Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Approved Return Reasons
- Incorrect item shipped
- Item damaged during transit
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened pet food or supplements
- Partially used products
- Products with broken or missing seals
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Returns based on pet taste preference or dietary choice
Excessive Claims
The right is reserved to refuse returns or refunds in cases of excessive, repeated, or abusive claims.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
